Good day at Watford with a double victory.
Imogen Bennetts – U20/17W (9th win in a row)
To win 9 successive races is a terrific achievement. Obviously if she wins the last one in February that will be every race for both years in her age group – U17
Jacob Allen – Senior Men totally dominated with the 2nd placed runner not in sight.
Jacob was in Steve McGowan’s group for many years as a youngster. He now runs for Highgate Harriers. However, he has always remained his allegiance to the club as a second claim member and offered to come along to the last match as it was at Watford, not far from him. He is a class act and won comfortably.
