Monday (Throws, Jumps, Endurance, Multi-Events, Hurdles) 6:00pm – 8:00pm
Wednesday (Throws, Jumps, Endurance, Multi-Events, Hurdles) 6:00pm – 8:00pm
Sunday (Throws, Jumps, Endurance, Multi-Events, Hurdles) 9:00am – 11:00am

Event groups may have additional training sessions throughout the week which is communicated by individual coaches
