On the hottest day of the year so far, a small group of club athletes made the long journey to Andover in north Hampshire for our third Seniors league match of the season. With many athletes responding to the challenge by filling events we did well to finish in third place with some very good performances. The small team all did well to secure so many points. Had multi-eventer Sam Lickerish not been injured, second place would have been well within reach. Thanks to all those who made the long trip to compete for the club and gain valuable points by doing extra events.
